1. ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

Yes, products on the online store are the same products sold in stores Lealea Market Originals and Lealea Pop-up Shop at Waikiki Club Lounge in Waikiki.

Yes, all products are the same prices in store and online, but if you would like your product shipped to Japan, you will be exempt from Hawaii’s consumption tax of 4.712%

Please contact us by email and if there is stock in our two store locations we will get back to you on our stock count and pricing by email.

2. HOW TO ORDER

(the operating procedure for your question below)

  1. On the “PRODUCT PAGE”, click “ADD TO CART” and add the product you would like to purchase in the cart.
  2. If you are purchasing more than one product, please follow #1 (above) for each product
  3. Click “CART” at the top right corner of your screen and check the contents inside the cart.
  4. When you confirmed with the products you will be purchasing, please check the product, amount, quantity and etc. to make sure everything is correct. Then click “PAY”.
  5. To check the shipping cost click “CALCULATE SHIPPING COST” and enter your country and postal code. Enter your credit card information, billing address, shipping address (IF DIFFERENT FROM BILLING ADDRESS) and click “ORDER” when finished. Now your order is complete.
  6. For customers who will be visiting Hawaii, there is also a pick-up option. Within 60 days of purchase, your items will be placed on hold at LEALEA MARKET ORIGINALS on 1F in sheraton Waikiki hotel.

If you have  not received an email, please email originals@lealeamarket.com with your order detail, order number, name and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We apologize, but shipping to the US is not available yet.  Please contact us about your order/delivery address by email at originals@lealeamarket.com. we will send you an estimate of the return shipping fee and consumption tax. When placing an order, we will send an online invoice. After confirming payment, we will send it by USPS First Class Mail.

Payment will be credit card only. VISA, MasterCard, American express, discover, diners club international, JCB cards are accepted. Credit card usage details will be billed with the store name “LEALEA EC”

There is no Hawaii state tax when shipping to an address in japan. If you choose to pick up your product in store, you will be charged of tax by 4.712% for the total amount of products at the time you are ready to check out, so you will be to check before paying. If your destination is in the united states, the tax amount will vary depending on what state you live in.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped from Hawaii on USPS or YAMATO TRANSPORT depending on the day of purchase was made. Delivery time on average would be 10 days to 2 weeks. In addition, please understand the delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery address and status. Please note the delivery may be delayed during holiday periods in the US (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product purchased.

We will calculate and display the shipping cost before checkout, so you can check before confirming the order. We also display the weight of each product so you can shop while calculating your approximate shipping cost.

Basically your product will be shipped by the registered mail (USPS or YAMATO TRANSPORT) depending on weight, but you will be given the option to choose “NO TRACKING” up to 60oz (1700g) in weight.

If selected “NO TRACKING” you will not receive a “TRACKING NUMBER”. It is not possible to track your product until arrival and compensation will not be provided in the event that it does not arrive.

When selecting “RECEIVE AT SHOP (HAWAII)” the shipping cost will be zero. Please let us know your pick up time as the products you have purchased will be kept in stores. Details will be sent by email.

Depending on the total amount of your purchase, you may have to pay customs and consumption tax. Please make those payments directly to the shipping company.

If you chose “NO TRACKING”, you can check with the shipping status by our shipping contact, but you will not be able to check the shipping status.

Registered mail will be shipped by USPS or YAMATO depending on weight. In the case of USPS its possible to track the departure from the united states to japan, but after you will only be able to confirm the notification of the completion of shipment to the addressee. Dispatch by YAMATO TRANSPORT can be tracked with a tracking number.

If your product does not arrive, we will send the same product again, but please keep in mind if there is no stock left of the purchased product we will have to give you a refund. Please contact us by email if the product does not arrive to you after 30 days.

If you choose to ship without tracking, we will not be able to respond if you don’t receive the product. Please select shipping method after consent.

5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Regarding returns/cancellations due to customer’s convenience, we will do the following. In a case please contact us by email to the following “INQUIRY”. 

  1. If we have not shipped the product at the time of us being contacted, we will accept refunds and cancellations to your entire purchase back to your credit card.
  2. After the product has been shipped when you contact us for cancellation, please return the product when arriving. Please bear with the shipping cost for when return shipping. With the arrival of your product, we will refund the product prices minus the shipping cost back to your credit card.
  3. Returns/cancellation; we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee only if you have contacted us within 7 days of receiving products. Please understand that customers will be responsible for shipping costs for products being returned.

In any case of damage, dents, dirt and etc. upon arrival, we will exchange it with another product, please contact within 7 days after delivery date.

If you have returned the product in an unopened state, we will refund only the product price (excluding shipping fee) for returns due to customers own reasoning such as wrong or different order. Please understand you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning products.
